Simple brisket recipe:
Season to your preference and wrap tightly with foil. Place in casserole dish with 2c water. Bake at 300* for 3 hrs. Open the top of the foil just enough to cover the brisket in your favorite bbq sauce. Cook uncovered another 45min or until internal temp is 170.
