When does my order ship?
All orders are shipped on Tuesdays.  In order for your beef to ship on a Tuesday, it must be submitted by Saturday by midnight.  If you need an order sooner, don't hesitate to ask - we try to accommodate as much as we can. If we are shipping a gift, please let us know in the notes and we will be sure to include an appropriate greeting from you to the person you're gifting. Once we ship your box, you'll get an email to tell you it's on the way!
 
What are the Zones?
This gives you an idea of the distance that your Ohio Valley beef is traveling. Zones and weights determine shipping rates. However, we offer free shipping to all subscribed orders, regardless of where you live.  We are unable to ship to states outside of green zones at this time.
 
What will my box look like when it arrives?
Your box will be packed & labeled Buckeye Valley, by us, on the farm. Our boxes are insulated with a thermal liner, designed by Green Cell in Indiana.  These liners will get your order to you safely and are completely biodegradable! Upon arrival, your meat will need to be placed in the freezer.  We also include the necessary amount of reuseable freezer bricks to keep a more constant temperature inside your box. We DO NOT use dry ice. Too many chemicals.
 
Who delivers my box?
We use UPS to ship - their currier service has been extremely reliable for us.  Every box gets a tracking number that you will receive once the box is picked up by our currier at the farm. If it doesn't arrive in a condition that you are happy with, we'll replace your order.
