When will my order arrive?

We deliver orders weekly. Orders are shipped out on Tuesdays. Depending on your order date, your delivery could arrive in as little as two days.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

No worries! We'll leave your package at your front door in an insulated box. We recommend unpacking your items as soon as you get home to ensure freshness.

How will my order be packaged?

Your ingredients will be shipped frozen, securely packed in an insulated box with either ice packs or dry ice to keep everything frozen—even if you’re not home at the time of delivery.

Is there a minimum order amount for Home Delivery?


Yes, to maintain safe shipping temperatures, we require a minimum order of $99, $125, or $175, depending on your location. Refer to the map and chart above for specific details.


Where do you deliver and what carrier do you use?

We deliver across the continental U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska via UPS.

What happens if my product arrives late or thawed?


This can happen occasionally. As long as your product is cool to the touch (41 degree Fahrenheit or below) it is safe to place back in the freezer. If you are concerned at all, or your product is not cold, please contact us at 937-403-4135 and we will make it right. 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your order is packed for delivery. You may see a slight price adjustment if any items are priced by weight.

Can I recycle my packaging?

Your liner is made of compostable corn starch. You can dispose of the material by burning in a fireplace, composting, or dissolving in water and dumped down the drain.
