I'm 73 years old and this is what beef used to taste like.

Wonderful business and people. I have been buying freezer beef from Buckeye for about 4 years and won't go anywhere else. The closest pick up point for me is about 1 hours and 15 mins away and it is totally worth the drive. The quality of beef is outstanding and when compared to store bought beef, Buckeye is the clear winner. Visually Buckeye beef is more red and has much more marbling than what I see in my local Kroger.

For beef, the important thing for us is what they feed the cows, how they are cared for, and the standards maintained for what goes to market and what doesn't. These folks know what they are doing. I think the proof is in the product and, believe me, you can really taste it.
