We might have just the opportunity for you! We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Store Associate to help deliver an outstanding customer experience at our Georgetown farm store and prepare online orders for families beyond our community.
Monday: 5–8 hours packing online orders
Friday: 12 PM – 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 2 PM

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers, answer product questions, and help them find the right cuts for their families.
- Process retail purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Carefully pack online shipping orders for home delivery.
- Stock and organize freezers, merchandise displays, and retail inventory.
- Receive and organize incoming products from processors and vendors.
- Follow food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures.
- Keep the store, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.
- Help promote in-store specials and educate customers about our products.
Who We're Looking For
- Dependable, organized, independent, and detail-oriented.
- Available Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays during the listed hours.
- Comfortable working in walk-in freezers.
- Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
- At least 18 years old, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
- Previous retail, food service, or customer-facing experience preferred.
- An interest in agriculture, local food, or direct-to-consumer sales is a bonus!

Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator
Help keep our farm store stocked, our inventory organized, and our locally raised meats moving from our farms to families.

Are you someone who finds satisfaction in an organized workspace, accurate records, and knowing exactly where everything belongs? Do you enjoy hands-on work and taking ownership of a job from start to finish?
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator to help manage the movement of our products from delivery to freezer storage and ultimately to our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be receiving, counting, recording, and organizing our meat inventory. You'll help ensure our inventory records are accurate, our freezers are organized, and products are easy for our team to locate.
You'll also lend a hand packing online customer orders on Mondays and help support our growing home-delivery operations.
Part-Time: Approximately
5–10 hours per week
Monday: Assist with packing
online orders (5–8 hours)
Every Other Saturday:
9 AM until inventory
duties are complete
Additional hours available
as needed, with potential
Tuesday hours as we grow.

What You'll Do
Inventory Management & Organization (Primary Responsibility)
- Unload and transfer frozen meat inventory from our freezer trailer into the appropriate storage freezers.
- Accurately count incoming products and verify quantities against receiving records.
- Enter received products and quantities into our inventory management system.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and help identify discrepancies between physical counts and recorded quantities.
- Organize and label freezer inventory so products can be easily located and accessed.
- Maintain proper inventory rotation using first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Keep freezer and storage areas clean, organized, and efficient.
Order Fulfillment & Team Support (Secondary Responsibility)
- Assist with picking and packing online customer orders on Mondays.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure the correct products are packed for shipment.
- Help prepare insulated shipping boxes and packaging materials as needed.
- Assist with staging customer orders for shipment or pickup.
- Support additional fulfillment days, including potential Tuesdays, as our online business continues to grow.
- Follow proper food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures.
Who We're Looking For
- Extremely organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work.
- Able to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in walk-in freezers and cold storage environments.
- Available Mondays and every other Saturday.
- Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter inventory information.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping, or fulfillment preferred, but not required.
